MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of signup unless suspended or terminated by the club
Memberships are non-refundable
It is the responsibility of the member to renew membership upon expiration
Expired memberships are no longer valid for participation, practice, or club activities
Shasta SuperMoto Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships at any time for rule violations, unsafe conduct, or behavior determined to be detrimental to the club, facility, or participants
Membership termination may occur without refund
Members agree to follow all club, facility, safety, and track rules

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LEGAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT WARNING

Motorsports activities are inherently dangerous and involve serious risks including injury, permanent disability, paralysis, death, and property damage.

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I voluntarily choose to participate in Shasta SuperMoto Club activities, including participation involving minor riders under my supervision, at my own risk
I understand and accept all risks associated with riding, racing, spectating, volunteering, operating equipment, entering restricted areas, and participating in any club or track activity
I understand this acknowledgment and waiver applies throughout the active term of membership unless replaced by a newer signed agreement
I agree to follow all safety rules, track rules, and instructions from club officials
I understand failure to follow rules may result in removal from the facility and termination of membership
I release and hold harmless Shasta SuperMoto Club, Shasta Moto LLC, the Owners, volunteers, officials, sponsors, property owners, and affiliated organizations from liability arising from participation in club activities to the fullest extent permitted under California law
I understand no warranties or guarantees regarding safety are expressed or implied
I agree that any legal action brought against Shasta SuperMoto Club, Shasta Moto LLC, the Owners, volunteers, officials, sponsors, property owners, or affiliated parties may result in my responsibility for attorney fees, court costs, and related legal expenses if permitted under applicable law
If any portion of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect
